Brotherly Love – North Brisbane Childrens Photographer
Two Boys – Two Brothers Deception Bay Woodland Location These two boys are best friends, although bigger brother Travis is very protective of his little brother Dylan. This was the perfect location for their shoot too. They live on a nice big property so are used to roaming free, collection stick, rocks, whatever they find! This is one of my favourite locations, literally just outside North Lakes in a little pocket of Deception Bay. It is a gem of a spot that can be used morning or afternoon. I have know these boys Mum for years, working together in a former life and it was awesome to catch up and…

Violet plus the family – North Lakes Newborn Photographer
5 Week Old Baby Violet This gorgeous little girl was so precious. At 5 weeks old she just had the most amazing hair! Dark and thick and beautiful. Mum brought bub in for her session in the studio just on her own and at 5 weeks, babies are already starting to sleep a little less in the day or disturb more once they are asleep, but we did manage some photos with those lovely eyes open and a few sleepy ones too! After we also had the whole family join in at the park with her big sisters who just adore her. It is very sweet. The family ordered one…

Whitehead Family – North Lakes Childrens Portrait
Three kids in the North Lakes studio Twins plus an older brother! These three monkeys were great! Mum signed up to our Twins Portrait Promotion on facebook… you can see some more of our twins portraits on our Twins Feature Gallery too. But how could you leave out their older brother! So we had them all in for some jumping around and some photo taking too, to create these beautiful images for Mum and Dad to enjoy for years to come. Even though Halo and Jarvis are twins, the three of them have a beautiful bond with brother Noah. Of course all kids have their moments, but it was a pleasure…

Caporale Family – North Lakes Studio Portrait
Studio Family Portraits in North Lakes Twins Portrait Special Liz contacted me via facebook when we ran one of our Twins’ Promotion’s earlier this year. Of course I was after some fun photos of her identical twin girls together, but didn’t want their younger sister to be left our or the rest of the family, so we just had everyone come in! You can see some more our Twins images on Twins Feature Gallery We had a fun session and the girls were so mature and cooperative, we got do take so many different images and groupings with them all, finishing with my favourite… the confetti! Although outdoor sessions are…

Gentile Little Aviator – Brisbane Childrens Portrait
Little Aviator Fun This gentile little soul had so much fun at his Little Aviator Session. And I had so much fun capturing these images for mum and dad! Little Isaac has already been to see me last year when we had some beautiful family photos done just before Christmas. It was awesome to have him back again… he really loved the plane! Most of the kids do 🙂 I hope to see this gorgeous kid again.

Our Little Fairies – North Lakes Childrens Photographer
Two Little Fairies – with flowers in their hair These two gorgeous girls were a delight to photograph. Mum booked in Ella for her Little Fairies Session but I said I was more than happy to include her younger sister Amelie in some photos too… and a beautiful smile she has. Ella loved the flowers in her hair and also loved giving her sister big hugs too. They just look so cute together. Sadly the fairy wings didn’t stay on long but the glitter when we brought it out went everywhere! Mostly over poor Ella’s face when she tried to blow it off her hands 🙂

Three sessions in one – North Lakes Studio Portrait
National Family Portrait Month Family Portraits for a great cause Jackie contacted me a little while ago as she wanted to sign up to National Family Portrait Month. She had seen it advertised on my newsletter and wanted to be a part of this great charity fundraiser for beyondblue. She also saw our awesome, fun Little Aviator Sessions and wanted to get Max dressed up too! Perfect I said and we can have Annabel dress up for the little Ballerina’s and everyone get’s a turn. So not only did we take some family images, but some of Mum with her beautiful children for the National Family Portrait Month Book – Mother’s and their Children, An unbreakable…

Mother and Son – National Family Portrait Month
National Family Portrait Month at BAC Photography Supporting Beyondblue This fun pair came in to help us support National Family Portrait Month. As with everyone who has participated in this awesome venture to raise money for beyondblue this year, they will have an image from their session featured in the book to be produced… Mothers and their children, an unbreakable bond. I have a few favourites from the session which I will put forward to the graphic designer and let them choose the final image. I can’t wait for the book to come out! Amy was so in love with her photos, that she brought me some chocolates to say…

Connor – Our Little Aviator
Connor the Aviator Bow Ties and Vests for flying This little man was just adorable! I just loved his little outfit that mum had picked out especially! I usually have a little flight jacket for them to wear in our aviator sets, but this little man needed no extra frills…. just a very civilised aviator with his bow tie and vest, ready for flying! He did love the little planes. An although he had a fly of our big plane, I think he preferred just tinkering with the little ones…. because, well, we are all different and that is what I love most about my job. No 2 kids are…

Beautiful Boston – Newborn Baby Girl
North Lakes Newborn Portrait Beautiful Newborn Boston This little lady was such a cutie and I just love the name Boston too! Not only did we get some peaceful sleepy images but also awake ones… and these were Mum’s favourites! She was a few weeks old here and just on the verge of smiling and a beautiful smile I am sure she has. Newborn images are so much fun and a joy to take. I do love having cuddles and settling baby so that we make some beautiful images to keep… they will never be this small again.
