Cousins Portrait with 5 kids

Jamie wanted to organise a surprise present for his mum’s birthday of her five grandchildren, 3 of which were Jamie’s.  Of course, we were more than happy to help when he got in touch!  His dad was helping him organise it as a secret squirrel surprise for her.

We got the day organised and we were all planned for an outdoor portrait session down by the lake but sadly it rained on the day.  We managed to reschedule everyone into the Studio, which is always a great alternative when a session gets rained out.   This worked especially well for this session since it was secretly organised.  It was great to be able to keep the date and bring everyone into the studio and do the session here.

We had 5 kids: 3 from 1 family and a brother and sister from another.  It was great to see them altogether and have them in the studio.  The kids were super good and really cooperative.  We also had lots of fun with them as well, jumping around the studio and having lots of cuddles too.

The kids looked great together!  We used both the grey and white backdrops.  We also have a behind the scenes video for this session, so be sure to check that out and see all the fun we had the kids.

Remember if you would like to organise a session for your kids as a present for your parents or grandparents, then please get in touch.  We made a beautiful wall framed print collage for grandma for her birthday present which I know she absolutely loved it.
