Our little family – North Lakes Studio Family Portraits
North Lakes Studio Family Portrait @ BAC Photography Little Camilla is just 5 months old and the cutest little thing! Mum, Sascha and Dad, Jay, just adore her and it was so lovely to see them all interacting and snuggling together. Poor little Camilla, was a little tired on the day and made all of us, Mum, Dad and Me work hard for the few precious smiles she gave us. I just loved the outfit in the first image below and had this shot below in my head the moment Mum showed me the outfit. She brought it at the markets and the ruffles are just the best! I know that these photos will go up on…

Sweeney Family Lovin’ – Shorncliffe Family Photographer
We are all different and this could not be more true for twins, Michael and Genevieve! The first time we met, they were newborn bubs, curled up, sleeping with only a hint of their personalities. Now at nearly 20 months old they are chalk and cheese (which I think is perfect, as someone who also has fraternal twins). Genevieve is on the move and cannot wait to explore everywhere she goes while Michael is still surfing the furniture and prefers to stay close to mum and dad… for now. I have no doubt that he’ll be off and sooner than we know! There is no greater compliment for me when…

Twins and Family Portrait – Chermside Portrait Photographer
This great family took up our Twins Portrait special earlier this year and we picked a great new spot I have been using at Chermside here north of Brisbane. I have used this spot a couple of times now, but really wanted to use the graffiti wall that is down at the park. Mum, Mel was more than happy for me to use it, and the twins were great fun too. Harper and Corbin are just 10 and are definitely their own people and although I could sense that they didn’t always get on, their faces were a picture when I asked them to hug! I loved these photos so…

An amazing night – New Studio Launch
Well, we have finally launched the new studio. My husband and I worked night and day for the last 2 weeks to get everything ready for the New Studio Launch last night and it worth all the blood, sweat and tears! Not only does the studio look amazing, but we had a fabulous night with family, friends, clients and some other local businesses. I was thrilled that our local Councillor , Julie Greer, officially opened the studio for us. It was the first time we had met and she was a real delight. Such a genuine person. We also had Dan, the editor at our local magazine here in North…

Family of Six – North Lakes Family Photographer
When I was a child I had no idea how much fun a big family could be. I was an only child till I was 15 and my Dad remarried and I got 4 brothers overnight! Yes my life drastically changed, but definitely for the better! Having so many people around was great I loved the company and the fun we all had together. This family reminded me of that fun. These kids were so full of life and so cheeky too. I loved it and had a blast at this session. I feel like the youngest little one stole the show with her personality, not to say that the others…

Toni & Ed’s Mon Komo Wedding – Redcliffe Wedding Photographer
I have know Toni for a few years now. She helped organise my services when her daughter was married. She recommended me to a work colleague when she was married and now I’ve had the pleasure of photographing her wedding to the lovely Ed! It was a beautiful day and although it was too windy to get down on the beach itself, we were lucky the Mon Komo is such as great spot to use anyway for their Bridal Portrait. I know that they have since had a lovely cruise for their honeymoon and are eagerly awaiting their photos… so here they are. Congratulations Toni and Ed on your amazing…

Morris Family – North Lakes family photographer
It was a rainy day, but not all day. The rain started and stopped, started and stopped. I told the universe I only needed 30 minutes of dry weather to get some beautiful photos of this great family…. and 30 minutes is literally all we got. The session was very fast and furious with the constant threat of rain. The kids though were just so cute and co-operative, that when a big black could finally came overhead around 28 minutes in, by the half hour mark we had finished and were all running for the car to get out of the rain! Full of smiles but my favourite photo of…

Lake Eden Extended Family Portrait – North Lakes Photographer
Jo-Ann bought a gift voucher for here father in law but illness saw us have to postpone the shoot. Thankfully all fit and well, we had this beautiful little session just down at Lake Eden in North Lakes a few weeks ago and it was beautiful. The girls were fun and happy, especially given the heat… even at 8am in the morning and the park runners had thankfully all finished and left the little bridge clear for us! It’s so great to see the girls so clearly used to spending time with their grandparents who were nothing but involved with them and it is really lovely to see. Some beautiful…
