McDonogh Family Portrait

After receiving a Gift voucher when the McDonogh family purchased a vehicle from Lakes Hyundai in March of 2022, Brittney registered her voucher, and we gave her a call to book her in for her free session.

When I first spoke to Brittney she was engaged to Johnathan and wanted to wait until after they were married in May to have their session. I thought that a professional portrait session was a great way to celebrate such a special occasion.

Brittney had never had a portrait session that included a pet, so we were super happy to have the beautiful and gentle Whippet puppy along for the ride.

One of our very favourite places for outdoor sessions is Lake Eden at North Lakes and the space did not disappoint.

We began the session on the walkway bridge which really makes for a great frame for the little family. The combination of rustic wood, lush greenery and old timey lamps just really work with giving portraits an earthy and timeless vibe.

After getting some amazing shots all together on the bridge, we moved along to a leafy area for some more intimate shots, with just the happy married couple.

We finished the session on the picnic field, where puppy could roam a little, of course he was super well behaved and a total superstar.
