Family Portrait Video – Brisbane Videographer
I am excited to have now finished the family video from my latest newborn session! I recently blogged about Amy and her new baby sister Lucy. They were super sweet and we split the session up having some in my North Lakes Studio and then some down at Shorncliffe by the beach. It was a little windy, but still worth the trip down there to finish off the session, especially as we hadn’t been able to do a maternity shoot. You can see the photos from this session here. It was a please to see this family again and I hope you enjoy the movie! Make sure you click HD…

A new baby sister – North Lakes Newborn Photographer
It’s a real privilege to photograph a newborn baby, but it’s even more special when that same family come back with a little sister for her a few years later. Time has flown by but I was thrilled when this lovely family called me again to photograph their new arrival. We had planned to do some maternity photos, but sadly mum wasn’t well during the pregnancy so we just had to wait till bub arrived. For this reason, I split up the session for them and we did some newborn photos in my North Lakes Studio and then we headed down to Shorncliffe for some family portraits in the afternoon.…

Worth the wait – North Brisbane Newborn Photographer
This gorgeous little man was in no hurry at all! We had to re-schedule this shoot 3 times, as he decided it was much better to stay inside, than come out into the world. But is was worth the wait to meet him and his beautiful sister! This family received their session from a family friend as a gift voucher and I can’t think of better present to give someone, than to organise a newborn shoot for them and their new family. The family came to my home studio in North Lakes, North of Brisbane, which is almost finished and will be officially launched soon….. for now enjoy the gallery!

Good Friends – North Lakes Family Portrait Photographer
This beautiful family, are actually good friends of mine and I was thrilled that they wanted to have some photos done! Early last year, a serious accident put Danny out of action. In fact he is lucky to be walking after injuring his back. It put him out of work and put the family under pressure and they really struggled through last year. It really makes you stop and think about what is important… family! This is shoot was really a celebration of their family and precious life is! You need to make each day count and remember what is important.

Little Layla – Brisbane Newborn and Family Photographer
This is the third session I have had the pleasure of shooting for this lovely family. The first time was a few years ago when Sofia came along. Then just a few weeks ago (well it feels like weeks) we did a maternity session for the family while waiting for the arrival of Layla… and now here she is! We took our time to make sure that we got everything, which isn’t always easy with a baby and another little one and just as we were wrapping up a huge storm started to roll in and without being rude I dashed but managed to have the storm follow me all…

Growing so fast – North Lakes Family Portrait Photographer
This beautiful family were a pleasure to photograph! Watching Shaanvi grow up and now little Shivaan is awesome! This was his 6 month old shoot and we have already covered his newborn as well as the newborn, 6 month and 12 month photos for his older sister. It won’t be long now will he is a year old and we will be meeting up again! Next time we will do some video in one of our special fusion photography sessions and I can’t wait… not that I want to wish away their family time, but time stops for no one and it will be here before we know it.

Extended Family Portrait – Petrie Family Photographer
It was a beautiful sunny afternoon for this extended family portrait in Petrie and although I had already done two weddings this weekend, when a regular client of mine asked if I could do the shoot, of course I said yes! As this was the only weekend all the family was together, this was literally the only day we could all do! Given the age and number of kids, they were all fantastic all though I think all parents were worn out by the end of the session (and me too) chasing them all around the reserve at Petrie… my new favourite spot! There is nothing I love more than…

Sunshine and trees – Brisbane Lifestyle Maternity Photographer
It was a hot afternoon down at Robelle Domain (which was a first for me). Going from North Lakes all the way down to the park at Springfield Lakes. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of photographing this lovely family. The first time was a few years ago when little Sofia was just 3 weeks old! Now she has a sibling on the way and in a few weeks I will be back in Springfield again to meet the newest member of this family. Little Miss S did not stop the whole afternoon! She was full of energy and kept me on my toes. Mum said…

Sleepy Baby Boy – Stafford Heights Newborn Photographer
This beautiful little boy was just a dream to photograph… he actually slept the whole way through his session and despite our best efforts wake him so that we could just get a few images with his eyes open, he refused! This was another fusion portrait session too. These are my favourite! Where I not only capture some beautiful images for your walls, but also some precious video combined to make a stunning movie. Here are some of the images we took and if you scroll down you’ll see the movie at the bottom, I love the last scene where we had a few out takes when trying to include…

Family Fun in the Winter Sun – Brisbane Family Fusion Photographer
This is the second time I have photographed this lovely family and it was so great to see them again! We went to a beautiful place in Petrie called Mungarra Reserve which I had never been to before… as you can see it is a lovely spot and the warm afternoon sun was stunning too! I loved photographing this family here, not only because it looks great (can’t wait to use it again!), but more importantly it is personal for the family. They come here often as a family to walk the dog, so it has meaning and memories for them. Hopefully now some more new memories too as we…
