Where to have your Portrait Session!

BAC Photography offers both outdoor and indoor professional portrait sessions. Choosing whether to have an outdoor or indoor portrait session is a personal choice, depending on your session requirements, how many people are attending and the vibe you are looking for in your professional portraits. Below are some points to consider when making that decision.

Our fully equipped home studio is located at North Lakes, North Brisbane in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac just 10 minute’s drive from the Anzac avenue exit on the Gympie Arterial highway. An ideal location for families and pets who can enjoy the privacy and flexibility of a dedicated space for portrait sessions.

Access and Parking!

With safe off-street parking and easy, no steps access, our studio is perfect for those who need to be very close to their parking spot when making their way to their session.

Amenities!

The BAC Photography studio is a private space with toilet facilities onsite. We offer water, a microwave if required and a fully airconditioned space for both summer and winter.

Time of the Day!

There is no lighting limit when it comes to a studio session, and we are not reliant on the afternoon or morning sun when picking a time for your appointment. Sessions can be booked from 8am until 3pm.

Variety of Backgrounds!

We have a plethora of backgrounds to choose from for your session and can change up the backgrounds mid-session. The standard block colours like grey and white, to little fairy scenes or a wooden rustic background, having several backgrounds on hand gives your images a creative variety to choose from.

Wow factor!

Our studio is equipped with several different outfits to choose from to suit many ages and body types. Toys and props that make great additions to images and several larger props that are found only in our studio to add that wow factor to your session.

BAC Photography has found several great locations in the North Brisbane area that are tried and tested to ensure great images for your session. Each location chosen with several factors in mind to ensure a stress free and perfect session for your family.

Access and Parking!

Most of our locations are chosen to keep easy access and parking in mind. With just a short walk from parking spots you can get to your location with relative ease. Maps and detailed information on where to go is provided by us.

Variety!

In each of the locations we have found the perfect backdrops for your portrait images. Every location allowing several different places to get the perfect shots in the morning or afternoon light. Several of the locations allow for both a green and natural setting as well as a beachy water setting to add the variety you need in your session.

Room to move!

There is more room to move around when you choose an outdoor portrait session. Perfect for running, jumping and playing action shots. Some of my favourite images are taken when families are enjoying the sunshine and playing together in a natural environment.

Limited session times!

While outdoor sessions are a great option for your portrait session, having those perfect images is reliant on having the perfect lighting. That is why only morning and afternoon sessions are available for outdoor portrait sessions. For more flexible time slots it is recommended you choose our studio session times.
