Big sister Penelope is 7, Alexander is 5, Annabelle is 2 and baby Elizabeth only 5 days old, so you can imagine Mum and Dad probably had their hands full preparing for their session. You certainly couldn’t tell when they all arrived looking just beautiful and ready to have their portraits taken.

All the kids were so well behaved, especially the eldest two. Little Miss Annabelle needed some persuading to join in with the family photos but was super cheeky and very cute!

I loved the shots of the kids all laying down. The eldest 3 were having a great time laughing and having fun and baby Elizabeth was just fast asleep. I love the image of Annabelle with her feet up in foreground of the picture. Her vibrant personality really shines in this one!

The colour palette of this shoot, using purple and yellow tones, was perfect! Penelope’s yellow shirt and Annabelle’s dress with little pops of yellow really complimented each other and so we were able to dress up baby Elizabeth in both yellow and beautiful purple that really popped and made for a great variety of images.

We have so many different colour backgrounds, props and accessories to choose from in our fully equipped studio at North Lakes. Some of baby Elizabeths shots are taken on our super comfy beanbag draped in blankets.

It’s hard to pick favourite images from this session because there are honestly so many amazing shots. Baby Elizabeth’s big yawn on the purple background is adorable and the image of all the kids laying down is just so balanced and shows of all their individual personalities.
