King Family Portrait

We got together with the King family last September on a beautiful Sunday morning at the beach at Deception Bay. The weather was just perfect for a day out in the sun and I was really excited to meet Casey, her hubby Justin and her 3 beautiful girls Chloe, Sasha and Vera.

We began the session by the mangrove trees on a picnic blanket. This made for some really cute family shot’s and I was hard pressed to pick my favourites for the blog. While posed pictures are really lovely, the ones where everyone is goofing around and having fun always turn out the best.

The whole family were naturals! We moved on to piggie back time which the girls just loved. Those bouncy piggie tails were so adorable, and everyone really enjoyed just being themselves and soaking up the warm sun.

Black and white portraits really give an intimate feel to the images. And these ones were no exception! You could just feel the love pouring from this family portraits.

I couldn’t resist taking a few shots of the little ones with their joyous smiles and bouncy piggie tails. These images just make me smile!

We ended the session taking a walk along the water line which wrapped up an all-round perfect day! My favourite images would have to be the intimate moment between Mum and her eldest daughter and the running shot on the beach line.
