Newborn Studio Portraits – North Lakes

Little Lily, plus Mum and Dad came into the studio when she was exactly 2 weeks old.

To start with she was happy to stay awake, even as we did some photos with Mum and Dad. It wasn’t until the end of her session, she finally fell asleep.

Either way for me, I love having photos with eyes open and closed. Little ones just look adorable to me whether they are awake or asleep and Lily here is no exception.

It was such a delight to not only photograph this family, but create a film for them too. Be sure to scroll down and watch their first little family movie.

I love the smitten look Mum and Dad give each other in the film. That look like they are just the proudest parents in the world… but then aren’t we all.
