Family Christmas Mini Sessions

It’s that time again!

Nothing says family fun like a Christmas photo shoot. We had the pleasure of capturing these special holiday moments with lots of families in our North Lakes studio.

We kicked off BAC photography Christmas Mini Sessions in style this year with our new dark background. The dark background really stole the show this year!

The Deantier girls shone bright in their adorable Christmas outfits.

The Gard family came along to share their Christmas moments with us. We pulled up the comfy chaise to capture Nana having Christmas cuddles with the kids.

Even though its summer here in Sunny Queensland, this dark background really does give the feel of being warm and toasty around a Christmas fire.

We gave all of the families this year the option of both the light and dark backgrounds and had both set up in the studio to use.

You can see how both backgrounds give their own unique feel to the family portraits.

The Gibb girls matching outfits were just adorable!

Cuddles on the chaise and then big sister in the sleigh with a snowy background made for great contrast to their Christmas family portraits.

The Leader family booked in their Christmas Mini session and decided on the new dark background.

Rebecca, Matt, little Harrison and Alexis were a pleasure to shoot. We had a great time with different poses and decided that the sleigh would give a great fun feel to the kids portraits.

Let’s not forget just how much fun it is when families bring in their Fur babies.

Jasper the Golden Lab got super comfy in front of our “Christmas fire”.

Every body knows just how much I love shooting the Fur babies. Nothing says Christmas like Puppy cuddles.

The McKenzie King Charles Spaniels really stole the show!

Did somebody say more puppy cuddles???

The Marchant Phillips family brought along Nessie their puppy and we just had to get the Christmas tub out to showcase this little champ.

Nessie loved kisses just as much as cuddles and gave us all of the love!

The Marsh family also decided to change it up a little, using both the light and dark backgrounds. I just loved little Tyler’s snazzy red overalls!

It was lovely to share these family Christmas moments with the Oakey family. Whom came along with Grandma Te te (which is arabic for Grandma).

The kids were so excited to be in the studio. They told the best stories and were full of beans. This made for some really fun and joyful shots!

Nothing gets my holiday season started like spending time with families to capture their Christmas moments in our Christmas Mini sessions. I look forward to it all year and this year each and every family shone with love and joy!
