Ladies Generation Portrait

Every now and then, a special session comes along… and this is one of them.

Gianna asked for an in-home portrait as her Grandma (who has dementia) doesn’t like to leave the house. She had a space organised in the front room for them all and it was perfect.

The session was for Grandma, her two daughters and then Giana and her sister (the grandkids). What made it more special, is that these wonderful women all lived together, sisters, mothers, aunties, grandma. Everyone all together.

When I arrived, the front room was all cleaned out and we set up a nice chair for Grandma who was the centre of attention of course but we did photos of everyone. Mum, the two sisters, the younger sisters, the girls with mum, aunty with the girls and everyone individually with Grandma too.

After we did some inside, the shade had fallen on the front porch and we went out and did a few more set ups outside for a different look and feel. Then Gianna got her pet lizard out who I just had to photograph too! I love animals, so of course we had to include him.
