National Family Portrait Month FAQ

National Family Portrait Month is an exciting time of year for us here at BAC!  We get to see familiar clients return again but also meet beautiful new families too.  All while raising funds for a good cause.

We would like to answer any of your questions regarding National Family Portrait Month and our role as an official photographer.  We have put together this FAQ for you to read, but always feel free to contact us if we have missed anything.

• What charity is being supported this year?
  Make A Wish Foundation receives the full participation fee paid directly to them
• How much is the participation fee and have a portrait session?
  The participation fee is $51 and is paid directly to National Family Portrait Month.  They then let us know of your booking.
• What does the participation fee give me?
  The participation fee entitles you to a portrait session with your nominated photographer.  In North Brisbane that is us here at BAC.  The session assures that an image from your session will go into the coffee table book printed each year.
  BAC Photography also offers you a complimentary 5×7″ print!

• What happens after my session
  After your session is complete we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to come into the BAC Studio for an ordering appointment.  Here you will see your images and together we will choose which image you would like printed in the book.
• What is the book?
  The book is a coffee table book printed by National Family Portrait Month every year.  This year’s theme is “A Mother’s Love.” The book can be purchased for an additional fee of approx $80 depending on the number of participants.
• What if I would like to purchase more images?
  BAC Photography specialises in wall art and keepsake products.  If you would like to purchase additional prints or items, you can view our price list here
• The theme is about Mother’s and Children, can I bring my whole family?
  Of Course!  We encourage husbands, dads or partners, to come along to the session too.  And don’t forget the fur babies, we love them too!
• Can I have an outdoor or studio portrait?

• How do I register?
