Haskin Family Portrait – Deception Bay Woodland
Justine choose one of my favourite local locations spots, Deception Bay Woodlands. It’s a forest area in a little pocket of Deception Bay that backs onto North Lakes. I love it here for the variety but also the quiet. You get very few people coming along here… just the odd local who knows this little path is there. We started with some family shots along the treeline and then headed down to the little stream where the sun really peaks through the trees. Then to finish a walk down the beautiful woodland lane. BAC Favourite Image: Little Hannah facing the camera white Mum and Dad look onto her

Extended Family Portrait – Lake Eden
Jaya got in touch to get an updated portrait of all the family including her son (who is currently stuck home in Australia due to Covid) and her daughter with her 3 beautiful children and herself of course. The kids ran around the park, the boys that is… with big sister chasing them. There was some wrangling involved but we did manage to get some great images of everyone together plus some fun ones of all the family too and a sibling photo for Jaya. Love the 3 generations girls photo! BAC Favourite Photo: The big group image with everyone showing the 3 generations BAC Special Photo: The 3 generations…

3 Month Old Baby Portrait with Family
Due to Covid, poor little Freya missed out on newborn portraits. So instead we got the whole family in for a portrait with her. Being older, she was already starting with the smiles… so cute and big brother Harley and sister Lacey were so happy to have portraits with her too. It was so lovely to see them with her, having cuddles and snuggles with her. Even though she missed out on those curled up sleepy photos.. her beautiful smile was enough for us 🙂 Sibling love, Frey with her older siblings Big smiles here for mum! My favourite photo of all three kids together

Family of six North Lakes Portrait
We had several attempts trying to book the family in, then Covid hit and it all went on standby again, so as soon as I opened up Nicole booked straight in to get that family portrait updated! As you can see, we had quite a bit of fun and I think it shows in the images. We did the session at my favourite spot down by Lake Eden, at the far west end of the lake where we can use the bridge and the park for some variety. Always have a jumping shot with the kids! Nicole and her daughter, totally outnumbered by the boys… love the boys photo.. just…

Family of three in the studio
Studio fun with the Bernal family! So much love and laughter here and little Matthew stole the show with his gorgeous smile. We used both the grey backdrop and the white backdrop for our session and of course did a few variations of a family portrait, Mum with Matthew, Dad with Matthew and Matthew rocking out on his own. Love the photo of Mum kissing her son and father and son sharing a look together Nothing says fun like confetti! I love to get them out at the end of a session and it always brings a lot of smiles. Mum and Dad’s favourite photo: Family hugs sitting on the…

Extended Family Portrait in the Park
As sometimes happens, a session gets rained off and we re-schedule. Sadly, that was the case with this one… a storm coming through and with some family travelling from the Gold Coast, we decided not to risk it and just re book a new date… well it was the right decision, because when we did, we had gorgeous sunshine to compliment this lovely family. Not only did we have mum and dad (Grandma and Grandpa), then their two beautiful daughters, partners and then two beautiful grandkids… It was a super fun session and as you can see from the very large selection, I had a lot of favourites I wanted…

Jaxon and his big brother
Little newborn Jaxon and his super proud big brother Cooper made my job so easy! They really were both easy going and Cooper just wanted to be in every photo with his new brother. It was so sweet. For newborn baby Jaxon, Mum had a beautiful rug with his name printed on it, so it was a must to use for the session. This last photo is big brother Cooper’s favourite photo and we had it printed especially for him to go in his room

Three brothers studio portrait, Brisbane
The sound of 3 boys in the studio might sound a little daunting… boys are pretty energetic… sometime crazy creatures! These 3 boys, were full of fun, but so well behaved. We had a great session, lots of energy and laughs but not to cra cra to the point where you tip over the edge. It was so lovely to see how good there all were together. The photo of the boys all lying down was Mum’s favourite and the one she ordered as the big print! Of course what is a kids studio portrait session without a bit of confetti fun at the end! I wasn’t sure if they…

Family of three fun outdoor portrait
It was a beautiful afternoon down at the shores of Lake Samsonvale and we had a blast chasing little Violet around the park. It took some cajoling to get her started but by the end of the session Mum and Dad managed to squeeze her in for some nice family close ups and the all important images of her with mum and her with dad. I just love this cheeky face! And she looked adorable in that little denim jacket too. Well done mum on the outfit. You all looked great, but Violet totally rocked the look as the weather was just that little bit cooler. A…
