Brisbane family portrait at Field of Dreams
Brisbane family Portrait at our Field of Dreams portrait location
Kirstie’s mum got her a voucher for her birthday knowing that she had wanted to get some family portraits done for some time. But as we know, time can get away from us so quickly.
We went back and forth on locations with a few different ideas and then Kirstie settled on the field of dreams at Dakbin.
I do love this location. The only problem is, so does the rest of Brisbane now. Haha.
I always start away from everyone else to make the session more personal. We walk and gradually start to make our way down the path, down the hill and in under the trees first. The light there was just amazing that afternoon and I really loved the photos with all the family in different combos.
We then went out onto the path and did some fun photos, walking, running and a few sneaky nice ones of mum and dad together.
We finished back up the top to watch the sun go down and have some more fun and games with the family. It was such a fun session and personalities really came out in the photos.
When we had their ordering appointment in the studio, grandma or mum (who had bought the voucher for her daughter) came in to view the photos. She wanted to see the results of her gift and they weren’t disappointed. We ordered up a beautiful large acrylic print storyboard for their home and of course digitals for them to share with family and friends.
