This is the sixth post in a series designed to give you the low-down on a few of my favourite locations to shoot, from the sand to the studio and in between. Previously, I posted about Lake Eden (you can find the link to that blog post here), North Lakes Woodlands (you can find the link to that blog post here), Brisbane City Botanic Gardens (you can find the link to that one here!), Crest Park at Bribie Island (that link is here), and Shorncliffe (link), and today I’ve got another versatile beach location to share.
Location: Suttons Beach, Redcliffe.
Another beautiful and versatile location that I love to shoot at is Suttons Beach. There is such a great variety here for your session, with everything from sand, park and playground to the gorgeous amphitheatre. Parking is available and there are toilets nearby, as well as options for disabled access.
It’s another afternoon-only location, but there is the added bonus of having some option for protection from the wind if it’s a bit blustery. You can have the water in the background, or some lovely trees if you prefer – or both!
I really love the variety that Suttons Beach offers during our sessions and I’m sure you will too.
If Suttons Beach sounds like the spot for your next session, you can contact BAC Photography via email at firstname.lastname@example.org We look forward to hearing from you!
