Brisbane Photographer – Family Lifestyle Film

I hate cancer. It started when I was young. My mum had cancer and died way to soon….

It’s because of this that I volunteer for an organisation called Mummy’s Wish. This amazing charity helps mum’s with young families that are going through cancer. A couple of times a year, I do a shoot with a family that is going through this trauma and this is how I met Dani.

She has an aggressive breast cancer and in the last few days has undergone an double mastectomy. Before the op however, I had the chance one afternoon to meet her and her beautiful girls and capturing them spending some time together. Now it’s no secret that not only do I love photography, but I also love movies too and I was able to capture and put together this little film for Dani and her girls.

Dani is amazingly courageous and brave. She has good and bad days but the love for her girls and love from her family and friends is helping her through. It was wonderful to meet this lovely woman and I hope that she and the girls can enjoy watching this movie and the photos we took for years to come xx
